Get answers to common questions about Hydrating and Calming.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes, including consultation, gentle cleanse and exfoliation, hydrating mask, soothing serums, and a facial massage. Upgrade options extend to 75–90 minutes for targeted boosters, extra massage, or advanced treatments.
Yes. The Hydrating and Calming facial is formulated for sensitive or reactive skin, using gentle, fragrance-free products and soothing techniques. Your therapist will perform a skin assessment and customize ingredients to minimize irritation while maximizing hydration and comfort.
For most clients, every 4 to 6 weeks maintains hydration and results. If skin is very stressed or dehydrated, a series of two to four treatments spaced two to three weeks apart can accelerate recovery.
Many of the facial steps are safe during pregnancy, but we avoid certain active ingredients and electrical modalities. Please notify us if you are pregnant; your therapist will customize treatment for safety and maximum comfort.
Breakouts are uncommon because the facial focuses on gentle, non-comedogenic hydration and calming steps. Mild purging can occur if impurities are released, but therapists tailor exfoliation and product choice to minimize breakout risk.
We use medical-grade, hydrating serums, hyaluronic acid, calming botanicals like chamomile and aloe, and nourishing masks. All products are adjustable to your skin type and sensitivities; therapists can select fragrance-free or allergy-friendly alternatives.
