What to expect in session
The Cold Therapy Consultation is a complimentary, one-on-one meeting with a specialist that lasts 30 MINUTES. During this time we discuss your goals — whether firming, contouring, or pain relief — your general health history, prior treatments, and daily habits so the recommendation matches your needs and experience.
At the end of the appointment your specialist explains relevant cold therapy options in plain language and outlines potential next steps. The conversation focuses on realistic choices, scheduling preferences, and what a personalized plan would look like; it does not include treatment administration during the consultation itself.
How we tailor recommendations
Recommendations are shaped by the goals you describe (firming, contouring or pain relief), your health background, and any prior therapies you’ve tried. Seasonality also factors in: many clients plan consultations in January for New Year goals or in April–May ahead of summer preparation, and timing affects how treatments are scheduled.
Local lifestyle and logistics influence the plan as well. SolVita’s location in the Belleair residential neighborhood near the Belleview Biltmore corridor, easy access from US-19, and awareness of retirees’ and beachgoers’ schedules help us propose appointment times that fit commuting or leisure routines.
Scheduling and local logistics
The consultation lasts 30 MINUTES and is complimentary. It takes place at our Belleair location, convenient to PSTA stops and the Belleview Biltmore area. Early-morning or late-afternoon appointments are commonly requested by commuters and retirees; we discuss the timing that best fits your routine during the session.
SolVita serves Belleair Bluffs, Belleair Beach, Clearwater, Largo, Indian Rocks Beach and Seminole, so we also consider travel and event timing when proposing next steps. Weekend specials tied to Clearwater Beach events and Pier 60 can affect availability, so plan ahead during the busiest months of January, April and May.
